What can tai chi, a low-impact form of exercise, do for you?

Tai Chi is easily adaptable for all levels of fitness and ability.


The first part of this free workshop will be a discussion about the health benefits of tai chi & qigong and then you will have the opportunity to practice basic tai chi and qigong movements. You have the option of staying seated for all or part of the workshop (you are encouraged to stay within your comfort zone).

This workshop is suitable for all levels of fitness. While all ages are welcome, we find that tai chi/qigong appeals mostly to older teens to adults. (Our youngest student is 11 and our oldest student is in his 90’s.)
