COME CELEBRATE
Join us as we celebrate Severn Christian Church's (SCC) first year of Giving Something Back (GSB), a program dedicated to getting to know our community and the people living in it. The carnival will be a great time for families to enjoy and share time together!
FOOD & GAMES
Good ole cookout fare will be prepared on site and will be available for purchase. Homemade pulled-pork, hamburgers and hot dogs...oh my!
From young children to our seniors, we'll have plenty for people of all ages to enjoy. There will be over ten booth games, derby car races (for children eight and up), horseback riding, faffled guessing games, cakewalks, and a water balloon artillery station -- just to name a few of the exciting activities we have planned.
To participate in the fun, tickets may be purchased at the ticket booth, four tickets for $1. These tickets may also be used to buy food in lieu of cash.
CHARITY- WINTER RELIEF
All proceeds from the carnival will be donated to Arundel House of Hope's (AHOH) Winter Relief, a program assisting homeless men and women who experience homelessness during the winter months. SCC has been involved in this program for a few years and we are more than pleased to be able to put on an event to raise funds for an amazing cause close to our hearts.
OTHER EVENTS
On Wednesday, July 24th, 6:30-9 p.m., we'll have an evening filled with several entertaining activities -- singing, drama, a puppet show, crafts, giveaways and classes for all ages. Of course, yummy snacks will be provided. Come meet a few new faces that you can get to know at Saturday's carnival!
