Glen Burnie Big Lots Robbed, Officers Search For Suspects Who Flashed Gun: Police

A Glen Burnie Big Lots was robbed, police said. Officers are looking for the two men accused of flashing a gun and stealing cash.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Police announced that a Glen Burnie Big Lots was robbed last Thursday. Officers are still looking for the two suspects who are accused of flashing a handgun and stealing cash.

The robbery happed around 9:30 p.m. at the discount retailer located in the 300 block of hospital drive. An employee told authorities that the duo approached his register to buy a drink. Police said one of the men showed his weapon and swiped an undisclosed amount of cash from the open drawer while the worker was gathering the change for the purchase.

Officers said the suspects fled. Authorities could not find them.
