Glen Burnie Heroin Deal Leads to Two Arrests: Police
Narcotics detectives spotted a Baltimore man selling the drug in a parking lot on Ritchie Highway, say Anne Arundel County police.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — A Baltimore man is facing drug distribution charges after he was arrested Friday following a heroin deal in a parking lot, according to Anne Arundel County police. Tyshon Antwon McClain, 22, has been charged with possession and distribution of heroin and possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, the police said.
At about 1:30 p.m. Friday, narcotics detectives were conducting surveillance in the 6300 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie when they saw a drug transaction take place between a man in a vehicle and a woman standing in a parking lot, the police said. The man drove away from the area after the transaction.
The detectives arrested the woman, identified as Amber Marie Germershausen, 28, of no fixed address. She was found in possession of a small amount of heroin, the police said.

Germershausen was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, the police said.
Other Anne Arundel police officers stopped McClain's vehicle a short distance away. In searching his car, they seized nearly 12 grams of suspected heroin with an estimated street value of $1,400, as well as 3.5 grams of suspected crack cocaine and $468 in cash, the police said.
