Glen Burnie House Fire Causes $100K Damage, Displaces 3 People
The fire broke out in the living room and kitchen areas of the home, according to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
GLEN BURNIE, MD — Three Glen Burnie residents have been displaced after a house fire broke out at 300 Ferndale Ave. shortly after 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. The loss is estimated at $100,000. Two fire departments assisted the Anne Arundel County Fire Department in battling the blaze, which was discovered by the residents.
According to the fire department, one of the residents called to report a fire in the kitchen and living room. The fire was brought under control in approximately 25 minutes and is being investigated by the department. No injuries were reported.
