SEVERN, MD — Police announced that they arrested a Glen Burnie man last Thursday in Severn after catching him with suspected drugs. Officers identified the arrestee as 19-year-old Markece Brown. Authorities stopped Brown's vehicle around 1 a.m. near Durness Court and Stillmeadows Drive.
