Glen Burnie Man Arrested For Drug, Gun Possession: Police
A 40-year-old Glen Burnie man has been arrested after police found him with 43 baggies of drugs, ammunition and cash.
GLEN BURNIE, MD — After receiving a tip regarding possible drug activity in Glen Burnie, Anne Arundel County police officers executed a search warrant Sept. 9 at a home in the 7800 block of Americana Circle.
According to the police department, the following items were seized as a result of the search:
- 42 bags containing 14.21 grams of suspected crack cocaine
- 1 bag containing 2.47 grams of suspected heroin/fentanyl mix
- digital scale/bags/empty gel capsules
- several rounds of 9mm and .40 caliber ammunition
- 2 cell phones
- $1,500 in U.S. currency
Anne Arundel County officers arrested 40-year-old Paul Avery Sherrill, who now faces charges.
