Glen Burnie Man Found With Loaded Gun, Drugs: Police
A 24-year-old Glen Burnie man was pulled over by police who discovered what appeared to be marijuana in a jar, along with a gun.
GLEN BURNIE, MD — A Glen Burnie man faces charges after Anne Arundel County police officers stopped his green Honda Wednesday at approximately 8:50 p.m. in the area of Green Branch Lane and Green Leaf Terrace.
While approaching the vehicle, the officer saw a jar containing suspected marijuana in "plain view," according to a police report. The officer then searched the vehicle and discovered a 9mm Luger LC handgun loaded with seven rounds of ammunition. Geion Mikal Grimm, 24, of the 8200 block of Kramer Court in Glen Burnie, was taken into custody, the police report noted.
