Glen Burnie Man Killed in ATV Crash in Harford County

Two Anne Arundel County residents died New Year's Day in double fatal crash, the Harford County Sheriff's Office reports.

PYLESVILLE, MD -- A Glen Burnie man and a Pasadena resident died in an ATV crash on New Year’s Day in northern Harford County, where they had been celebrating the holiday, officials said.

William Norman Womble, 37, of Glen Burnie, and Timothy Gene Phillips, 37, of Pasadena, were pronounced dead at the scene, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Deputies responded at 12:57 a.m. on Friday to the 2100 block of Telegraph Road near Eden Mill Road in Pylesville, where two ATVs had collided, and found the men deceased, according to the sheriff’s office.

The pair had been celebrating the new year at a residence near the crash site, officials said.
