Glen Burnie Traffic Stop Yields Heroin, Crack Cocaine: Police

A passenger in the vehicle had marijuana, according to a police report.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Anne Arundel County police officers stopped a gray Buick Nov. 17 at approximately 10:40 p.m. in the area of Ritchie Highway and Georgia Avenue at which time they discovered that the driver had 23 capsules containing what they believed to be heroin/fentanyl, along with 21 baggies containing what they thought to be crack cocaine.

A passenger in the vehicle had marijuana, according to a police report. No charges were filed against the passenger, but the driver, 35-year-old Harrison Anthony Barnes of Severn, was arrested and charged accordingly.
