Guns Recovered From Glen Burnie Home After Shots Fired: Police

Neighbors reported hearing gunshots from a Glen Burnie home. Police investigated and found numerous weapons after bullet holes in a shed.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Witnesses reported hearing gunshots coming from a home in the 100 block of Inglewood Drive Saturday at approximately 5:50 p.m. Anne Arundel County police officers approached the home and spoke with two men. Officers determined that Christopher Kopitskie, 31, of Glen Burnie had fired two weapons into a shed at the rear of the residence.

Kopitskie was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment, according to a police report. A search warrant was executed at the residence that netted eight firearms and a can of numerous rounds of ammunition. Kopitskie was charged with possession or discharge of firearms, too.
