Here are the top stories today in Glen Burnie:
- The Department of Aging and Disabilities is offering the Sentimental Journey Singers choral program. The participants must have a caregiver to accompany them. Click the link to see details. (Anne Arundel County)
- The 2022 Atlantic hurricane season has officially started. This area is more likely to experience storm surge, flooding, and possible tornadoes. NOAA is expecting this season to be active and is urging everyone to be prepared. (Anne Arundel County)
- Warwickshire Lane, at the Willows Apartment complex, in Glen Burnie was the location of a homicide Wednesday morning. Police were called to the location and found a male victim in his car suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Anyone with any information is asked to call police. - Two Baltimore men have been arrested for stealing 750 gallons of diesel fuel. They were caught at the New Transit Truck Stop on Veterans Highway in Millersville. The pair is suspected of other thefts of this kind. (WMAR 2)
