ICE Officers Shoot Van Driver, Passenger Who Tried To Hit Them: DHS
Multiple agencies are investigating after ICE officers shot a van driver who tried to hit them, and a passenger was shot, police said.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Two people were injured after immigration officers shot the driver of a van who had been trying to run them over on Wednesday in Glen Burnie, federal authorities said.
Anne Arundel County police responded shortly before 11 a.m. to the scene in the 500 block of West Court, according to the police department, which noted local law enforcement was not involved in the shooting.
U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement officers were conducting a targeted operation and identified the driver as a man from Portugal whose visa expired in 2009, according to an agency spokesperson, who noted the driver's passenger was a man from El Salvador who was in the U.S. illegally.
