ICYMI: What's Open, Closed in Anne Arundel County on Labor Day

The unofficial end of summer is here.

Here’s what’s open and closed in Annapolis, as well as around Anne Arundel County, on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 1:

• All county offices are closed
• Landfill & Convenience centers are closed
• There will be no curbside collection. Monday collections will occur Tuesday. Tuesday collections will occur Wednesday.
• Anne Arundel County libraries will be closed
• Senior Centers will be closed
• Regional Parks will remain open
• Anne Arundel schools and administrative offices are closed

ANNAPOLIS

City of Annapolis government offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1, for the Labor Day holiday.

Refuse and recycling collection:

· If you have collection for refuse and recycling on Monday, Sept. 1, it will be collected on Tuesday, Sept. 2.

· If you have collection for refuse and recycling on Tuesday, Sept. 2, will be collected on Wednesday, Sept. 3.

· Bulk items and yard waste will not be collected any time during the week of Sept. 1.

Annapolis Transit:

Annapolis Transit will operate on a Sunday Service schedule, including both Purple Routes. For more information on the schedule, go tohttp://bit.ly/19Q2Iwa . Annapolis Transit offices will be closed.

All Anne Arundel County Public Schools are closed Sept. 1.
