Man Arrested In Glen Burnie For Possessing Drugs: Police

A search of the vehicle revealed 40 gel capsules containing suspected heroin and two bags containing suspected heroin and marijuana.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — A Germantown resident has been arrested and charged after an Anne Arundel County police officer stopped his silver Lexus GX470 at Ritchie Highway and Mountain Road. When the officer walked up to the vehicle, the officer spied a clear gel capsule containing white powder suspected to be heroin sitting in the center console, according to a police report.

A search of Hai Thien Son Diep's vehicle turned up 40 such gel capsules containing suspected heroin or fentanyl weighing 11.77 grams, a bag containing suspected heroin or fentanyl weighing 1.11 grains and a bag containing suspected marijuana weighing 3.76 grams.
