- Sadly, a man was struck and killed Tuesday night. Several calls were placed to the police about a pedestrian walking in a lane on Ritchie Highway, near Severna Park Golf Center. Unfortunately, by the time police arrived on scene the man had been struck and killed. Pedestrian error is believed to be the blame. (wmar2news.com)
- Maryland born residents can request to have their birth certificate printed on site. The MDOT MVA has expanded this service to three additional branches. This will make getting a REAL ID much easier. (Bay Net)
- Luke Alexander Davis-Mitchell, 18, of Glen Burnie is wanted on first-degree attempted murder and other charges in a shooting of a 17-year-old girl earlier this month. If anyone has any information, please call the local police. (CBS Local)
- An Anne Arundel County sheriff was arrested this past Sunday night. Cpl. James Walker Jr., a 25-year veteran of the sheriff's office, was pulled over for erratic driving. He was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge and later released on his own recognizance. He is currently suspended with pay pending the outcome of an investigation. (WBAL TV)

- Anne Arundel County Public Library has a program called "1,000 books before Kindergarten challenge!" A young man named Grayson has completed this challenge. He even brought in his journal where he was keeping track of what he read and all the stickers he earned. He especially enjoyed Dr. Seuss books. (Facebook)
