Anne Arundel County Police <a href="https://www.aacounty.org/news-and-events/news/police-press-release---november-1-2019" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">report</a> that the shooting occurred shortly after 7 p.m. in the 400 block of Gatewood Court while people were out trick-or-treating. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact the Anne Arundel County Police Department's homicide unit at 410-222-4731 or the TipLine at 410-222-4700.
