Man Stabbed While Walking Down Street In Linthicum Heights: Police

A man was stabbed while walking down the street in Linthicum Heights, police said. Officers don't know what motivated the assault.

LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, MD — A man was stabbed Saturday while walking down the street in Linthicum Heights, police announced. Officers said the victim went to an unnamed hospital, and they expect him to survive.

The victim was walking along West Nursery Road around 9 p.m. when an unknown male chased and stabbed him in an extremity, authorities said. The suspect then ran away. Police searched the area, but they could not find him.

Officers said the suspect did not make any demands, so the motive is unclear.
