GLEN BURNIE, MD — Anne Arundel County police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who police say took pictures up a woman's skirt while she was shopping at the Ollie's in Glen Burnie. <a href="https://www.facebook.com/aacopd/photos/a.10151711027373395/10157603499263395/?type=3&amp;theater" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">According to police</a>, the incident occurred Saturday, Aug. 3, at Ollie's Bargain Outlet at 6711 Ritchie Highway. The victim confronted the man about his actions and he took off. Police encourage anyone with information about the incident or the man in the photo to call 410-222-6135 or the TipLine at 410-222-4700.
