In cooperation with the Chesapeake Arts Center, Benjamin Franklin High School presents the close of our dual portrait show, ¡Nosotros Somos Ben Franklin! A series of firsts in student portraits on rice paper, and Faces in Color: Shepard Fairey Inspired Watercolor Portraits, a series of senior student portraits inspired by street artist and political activist Shepard Fairey.

 


Benjamin Franklin High
School is a community partnership school. We are focused on being the
beacon of our surrounding community. By offering a customized education
to each child we strive to ensure that every student has the opportunity
to achieve, By partnering with the Chesapeake Arts Center, students are
provided with an opportunity to share their art with a broader
audience. this provides students with the authentic practice of making
and presenting art beyond school walls.
