Millersville Homicide Claims Glen Burnie Driver: Police

A Millersville homicide claimed a Glen Burnie driver, police said. Officers found the victim after a crash.

MILLERSVILLE, MD — A Millersville homicide claimed a driver's life on Thursday, county police announced.

Officers identified the victim as 22-year-old Markail Keaven Johnson of Glen Burnie.

The initial call came out around 6:55 p.m. for a crash in the 600 block of Millwright Court. A press release said Johnson's four-door black sedan hit two unoccupied, parked vehicles.

Authorities said they found the driver with apparent upper-body trauma. These injuries were not from the crash.

First responders tried to save Johnson, but police said fire personnel pronounced the driver dead on the scene.

The Maryland Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy on the victim's body, officers said.
