- A teenage boy was stabbed April 27 in Glen Burnie. The incident happened at around 6:10 p.m. on Crain Highway and Wilson Boulevard. The teen was taken to a local area hospital with a non-life-threatening wound. (wmar2news.com)
- On the second anniversary of Mo Gaba's death, the Orioles make an announcement: July 28 will be "Mo Gaba Day" at Camden Yards. Anyone who purchases a ticket is welcome to make a donation in Mo's name. Mo became an unlikely local legend when he started calling into sports radio stations to talk about his beloved Orioles and Ravens. (WMAR 2)
- Police were called to the area of Shelley Road and Ritchie Highway on April 27 at approximately 8:35 a.m. Passersby reported seeing a gun being waved out of a car window. The vehicle was pulled over and a search turned up an airsoft gun. The driver was arrested and charged accordingly. (Anne Arundel County)
