- Sadly, motorcyclist Donterio Montre Brown a 46 year old Pasadena resident, was killed on Saturday April 2. Mr. Brown was merging into the right lane on Route 100 near the Route 10 split the same time the driver of a Nissan Altima was merging left. Mr. Brown was ejected from his motorcycle, he was pronounced dead at the scene. (Newsbreak)
- Retirement Tax Elimination Act has been passed. Governor Larry Hogan passed this tax into law last week. This will cut nearly $2 billion worth of taxes for Maryland's retirees. (Gov. Hogan/Facebook)
- On March 31, Officer Wynne from the Maryland State Police in Glen Burnie made a routine traffic stop for excessive speed, which turned into so much more. It was discovered that the driver had an open warrant out for their arrest. This prompted a probable cause search of the car that ended up finding marijuana, Tramadol, Alprazolam and Adderall.
