Pedestrian Struck In Glen Burnie Hit-And-Run
Anne Arundel County Police are searching for the driver who hit a pedestrian in Glen Burnie and drove away.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Anne Arundel County Police are searching for the driver who hit a pedestrian in Glen Burnie and drove away. The accident happened about 11 p.m. Friday in the area of Mountain Road and Ritchie Highway.
Investigators say a woman was trying to cross Mountain Road when she was struck by a vehicle traveling west on the road. Police say the vehicle did not stop after hitting the pedestrian and was last seen turning northbound onto Ritchie Highway.
The victim was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma with non-life threatening injuries.

The vehicle involved in the accident is described as a silver or gray 2009-2011 Honda Civic, with possible right front damage.
