'Peeping Tom' In Glen Burnie Faces Charges: Police
A 44-year-old Glen Burnie man has been arrested after he was spotted peeking through a window into a person's home, police say.
GLEN BURNIE, MD — A 44-year-old Glen Burnie man was arrested after he was spotted peeking through the window of a home located in the 100 block of Warwickshire Lane Monday night. The victim described the suspect to Anne Arundel County police officers who were able to catch him.
Jose R. Serrano-Luna, who lives on the same block, has been charged with peeping Tom and other related charges, according to a police report.
