Plaza Ford Donates CPR Training Device to Norrisville Volunteer Fire Company
The lifelike mannequin replaces an old device that is worn.

Plaza Ford, in partnership with the Maryland Automobile Dealers Association [MADA], recently presented a Resusci Baby Complete CPR training device to members of Norrisville Volunteer Fire Company of Pylesville, MD.
The life-like baby mannequin replaces an old device which showed its age and wear-and-tear. The volunteer-run fire company will use the new device to maintain CPR certification for volunteer fire and EMS personnel. It will also be used in their community outreach programs as they train local residents in the necessary life-saving skills.
In conjunction with its dealership members, MADA donates CPR training devices to area fire stations, EMS squads, and other charitable organizations. The devices are provided through a partnership with the National Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation. Since 1975, the Foundation has distributed over 4,800 training units with a value of $3 million in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. To date, over 2 million people have received training using these devices. Local organizations may apply for a CPR device by contacting Katie Guroian at MADA, 410.269.1710.
