Police: Armed Robbery for Cash and Cigarettes in Pasadena

Information sought after incident early Monday at Shell gas station, according to Anne Arundel County Police.

Anne Arundel County Police is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect in an armed robbery at a Shell gas station early Monday.

Officers responded at 3:47 a.m. to the 100 block of Mountain Road in Pasadena. The clerk told police he was at the rear counter area when he was approached by a male suspect. The man displayed a handgun and demanded money, according to an AACP release.

The clerk opened the register and handed the suspect money and cigarettes, which were placed in a “pizza delivery style bag” before the suspect fled the store.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’5”-5’7”, 130-150 pounds, wearing a black ski style mask, black gloves, a black hooded jacket, blue jeans and black boots.
