Police: Man Indicted for Alleged Sex Solicitation of 15-Year-Old Girl

A California man is being held without bond in Maryland for allegedly sexual solicitation of a 15-year-old Edgewater girl, according to authorities.

The girl’s father believed she was communicating with a man, identified as Murray Lee Chesak, 25, of Ontario, Ca., through the internet, WTOP reports. According to authorities, he put spyware on her cell phone and computer and reported his suspicions to Anne Arundel County police in March.

Chesak was extradited to Maryland in June. He was indicted on Friday.
