Search of Motel Room Yields Heroin, Crack Cocaine
Two Baltimore residents and an Odenton woman face drug charges after police found heroin and crack cocaine at a Brooklyn Park motel.
Narcotics detectives arrested three people and seized heroin and crack cocaine Feb. 28 after executing a search warrant at the Park Plaza Motel, 4900 Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park.
Anne Arundel County Police detectives seized 27 capsules of suspected heroin (7.49 grams) with an estimated street value of $900, a small amount of suspected crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

- Patricia Lynell Moore, 50, of 937 Victory Ave. in Baltimore, who was charged with CDS possession with intent to distribute (heroin), CDS possession (heroin), CDS possession (cocaine) and two counts of possession of CDS paraphernalia.
- Barrow Shendell Staten, 42, of 937 Victory Ave. in Baltimore, who was charged with CDS possession with intent to distribute (heroin), CDS possession (heroin), CDS possession (cocaine) and two counts of possession of CDS paraphernalia.
- Katelyn Louise McCarron, 27, of 8716 Little Patuxent Court in Odenton, who was charged with CDS possession with intent to distribute (heroin), CDS possession (heroin), CDS possession (cocaine) and two counts of possession of CDS paraphernalia.
