Here are the top stories today in Glen Burnie:

  1. Shots were fired from a black SUV this past Saturday, April 16, into a house in Glen Burnie. A 21-year-old man was hit and taken to the hospital. He is expected to survive. If anyone has any information, please contact the police. (Glen Burnie Patch)
  2. Glen Burnie Physical Therapy now offers a unique program directed at the needs of dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts, or other performers. They are calling this their "Artistic Athletes Program." (Digital Journal)
  3. Officers witnessed an individual with outstanding warrants getting into a car at Chesapeake Center Court. The suspect was placed into custody and the vehicle was searched. In the vehicle was numerous suspected drugs. (Anne Arundel County)
  4. A taxicab passenger was wounded when shots were fired at the vehicle. The incident happened at Riva Road and Hearne Road in Parole at about 12:40 a.m. April 17. The driver immediately took the victim to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. (WMAR 2 News)
