Teens Suspected In Glen Burnie Shooting: Police
A Glen Burnie man was injured when two teenagers shot at his vehicle overnight, police say.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — A man told Anne Arundel County Police that he was shot in the leg while driving on a Glen Burnie street about midnight Monday. The 20-year-old victim from Glen Burnie said his vehicle was on Cedar Drive when it was shot at by two unknown juveniles.
A 911 call for shots heard in the area of Leonard Drive and Cedar Cliff Drive in Glen Burnie brought police to the area, and four shell casings were found in the 1200 block of Leonard Drive. Medical staff at Baltimore Washington Medical Center soon called to report that a man had walked into the hospital with a gunshot wound to the lower leg.
Officers went to the hospital and met with the victim, who said that once he realized he was shot in the leg, he drove himself to the hospital. The man could not provide any further details and was released from the hospital with a minor injury to his leg, police say.

The shell casings were collected as evidence and detectives are continuing the investigation. So far, the only description of the two suspects is that they are juvenile males.
