GLEN BURNIE, MD — A Harwood man has been arrested and faces drug-related charges after an Anne Arundel County police officer stopped his white Ford F-150 Tuesday at approximately 10:15 a.m. in the area of I-97 and Route 100 in Glen Burnie.
After speaking with the driver, 20-year-old George Connor Frank's vehicle was searched by the officer, according to a police report. The officer recovered 23 capsules of suspected heroin/fentanyl, 22 used capsules containing suspected heroin residue and a blue smoking device.
