The quickest way to get caught up on the most important things happening today in Glen Burnie.

Good morning, neighbors! Michele here with a brand-new copy of the Glen Burnie Daily.
First, today's weather:
Mostly sunny, breezy and cool. High: 58 Low: 40. Still chilly, hope you didn't put away your coat yet.
Here are the top stories today in Glen Burnie:
- Vascular disease is the leading cause of disability and death in the United States. Luckily for Glen Burnie residents, we have the Center for Vascular Medicine, where there are experienced vascular surgeons readily available to provide the highest quality vascular care. (Digital Journal)
- A former MTV star nicknamed "Chopper" was arrested in Linthicum April 26. He had a sex trafficking warrant from Las Vegas for his arrest. "Chopper" Kevin Barnes was charged with using social media to solicit women to make money by prostitution. (WJZ 13)
- The police would like to question two people in connection to theft and check fraud in the Annapolis and Arnold areas. It is believed that the man and woman are responsible for breaking into cars and stealing personal items such as purses and wallets. They use the stolen credit cards and checks to make illegal purchases. If anyone has any information, please call the police. (WBAL 11)
- While this may not be Glen Burnie or Anne Arundel County for that matter, you have to admit this is any bakers dream come true! A Westminster teen, who started her own bakery during the pandemic, was able to meet her idol Duff Goldman. Being on the "Kelly Clarkson Show" is awesome enough, but to meet a Baltimore legend is beyond fabulous! (WBAL 11)
