Other Rental Assistance:
If you’re a renter having trouble paying your rent, utilities, or other housing costs – or if you’re a landlord trying to stay afloat with tenants in this situation – help is available. State and local programs are distributing billions of dollars in rental assistance to help renters stay housed during the pandemic.
Help with rent remains available to renters and landlords in Prince George's County through the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). The County has partnered with several local nonprofit organizations to provide help with the applications and legal assistance. Last week, the County also launched an ERAP hotline to help residents connect with resources even more quickly - you can call 301-883-6504 to get help now. You can click here to learn more and apply.
