Countywide Fire, Rescue Open Houses Welcome Potential Recruits
Stop by a Prince George's County fire station April 12 to learn how to become a volunteer emergency responder.

If you’ve ever wanted to be a firefighter or emergency medical responder, the Prince George’s County Fire and EMS Department can tell you how to join during a weekend open house.
The public can stop in to fire stations between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sunday, April 12, to learn how they can become an administrative member or volunteer responder for their local fire, rescue or EMS department, according to a news release.
The event is part of National Volunteer Appreciation Week.
