Driver in Fatal Brandywine Crash Turns Himself In: Police
Bryant Christopher Lewis reportedly fled the scene after a crash that killed a passenger.
Bryant Christopher Lewis, 23, of Shirl Court in Clinton turned himself in to Prince George’s County Police on Thursday.
Lewis was wanted for allegedly driving a stolen Ford Mustang involved in a fatal crash on July 17. He was reportedly speeding on the 16300 block of McKendree Road when he lost control of the car, which left the roadway and struck a utility pole, according to police.
The front-seat passenger, 23-year-old Brendan Munnerlyn of Myrtle Oak Court in Waldorf, was thrown from the car and killed. A back seat passenger was seriously injured and taken to a local hospital.
