The introductory course, Budgeting Basics for Small and Minority Businesses, is sponsored by the Prince George's County Minority Business Development Division.
Participants will receive topis on how to develop a budget, pricing budgets for Prince George’s County solicitations, methods for forecasting income and expenses, and ways to use the budget as a performance evaluation tool.
