Do you have a gluten-intolerance? Well, you're not alone and your Co-op has a variety of gluten-free products for you! This demo will give you an opportunity to sample and learn about some of our gluten-free goodies. We'll also discuss a variety of gluten-free flours that can be subsituted for all-purpose flour in your traditional Holiday baked goods.
