Learn to use cardiovascular equipment and machine weights at the Sports & Learning Complex. The class is free for members and paid drop-ins. Patrons must register at the ftness center front desk the day of the class. A maximum of five participants is allowed and the class is first come, first served.
The class begins promptly; late-comers will not be able to participate. The Wednesday class starts at 2:00pm, Thursday at 7:00pm and Saturday at 11:00am.
