This is a family-friendly ride on the Anacostia tributary trails. We'll head out from the Proteus bike shop at 11 am and take the Northeast Branch trail to the Bladensburg marina. As we head back, we'll stop for festivities and food at Riversdale mansion for the War of 1812 Bicentennial Commemoration of the Battle of Bladensburg Encampment. Bring a bike lock so you can explore on foot and cash for "historically inspired refreshments."
