Join hosts Kim Rush Lynch and Ellen Siegel at the co-op (121 Centerway) to taste various natural foods, including frozen coconut milk desserts from So Delicious, and learn how to incorporate them into your lifestyle.
According to the co-op website, the samplings occur on the second Wednesday of the month from 4 to 6 p.m. and feature a variety of items from the natural foods department.
