The Mishkan Torah Adult Education Committee is delighted to present a program on “How do you balance all of the demands in your life?” on Sunday, May 18th.
Living in the 21st century offers many unique experiences and opportunities, but is also fraught with personal complexities. We are constantly bombarded with increasingly involved information and communication technology, expanding laws, and formidable intergenerational issues. It’s a balancing act—balancing work and family; balancing care for parents, children, and sometimes spouses; balancing religious and secular life. Whether you are a member of the Greatest Generation, a Baby Boomer, a Millennial, or a Generation X-er, balancing life’s demands can be daunting. Come and discuss balance in your life with Rebecca Pikofsky, Executive, Leadership and Success Coach. Discuss how to set and achieve your goals, and manage obstacles to those goals. What is most important to you? Tired of spinning your wheels but going nowhere? Rebecca will provide some coaching and tips on life balance in a world that is anything but balanced.
The event is free and open to the entire community. Light refreshments will be available for purchase. Mishkan Torah is located at 10 Ridge Road, Greenbelt, Maryland 20770.
