National Public Lands Day 2016

Volunteers are needed to protect and restore the Historic Turner Family Cemetery in Greenbelt, MD.

Mark your calendars… NATIONAL PUBLIC LANDS DAY 2016 is coming soon!

WHAT? Volunteers are needed to protect and restore public lands at the Historic Turner Family Cemetery. The Department of Public Works will provide training and equipment for volunteers to clear around historical headstones, install a protective boundary fence, and paint the main entrance gateway!

WHEN? Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 9 AM – 12 PM.
