PG County Schools Change Tuesday Evening Schedule

Prince George’s County Public Schools has cancelled all afternoon and evening activities for Tuesday, March 3.

The alert from the school system says:

Prince George’s County Public Schools - All afternoon and evening activities are canceled including evening High School and tonight’s Board of Education Common Core event. (Todas las actividades de la tarde y la noche seran canceladas)

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from noon until 10 p.m. Tuesday for Anne Arundel, Carroll, Harford, Howard, Prince George’s and most of Baltimore and Montgomery counties and surrounding areas.

The Weather Service predicts up to half an inch of snow and sleet in the region, with less than one-tenth of an inch of ice.
