"Roots & Stems" is a new Community Farmer's Market situated on the Tucker Road Athletic Complex in Fort Washington/Oxon Hill community. Local farmers from Charles County and Waldorf, Maryland bring their farm grown and raised produce each week. While folks are visiting the market, they can enjoy a stroll along the walk path, play a game of basketball, tennis, baseball, ice skate, fish in the pond or simply enjoy the peace and quiet in the park.
Saturdays, June 21 until October 25, 2014, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
