Suspect in Custody in Oxon Hill Double Murder
Prince George's County detectives believe the murders are domestic related.

A man was arrested in Sussex County, VA, for the deaths of two women found inside a house in the 5500 block of Chloe Drive in Oxon Hill, in what the Prince George’s County Police Department is calling a domestic-related double murder.
The suspect, Malcolm Paul Thomas, 54, of the 5500 block of Chloe Drive in Oxon Hill, was arrested late Saturday evening in Wakefield, VA. He is charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
Detectives are awaiting notification from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner before identifying the two victims.

Investigators quickly developed Thomas as a suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest. He is currently in custody in Wakefield, VA, awaiting extradition back to Prince George’s County.
Police were called to the address for a welfare check about 7:50 a.m. Saturday.

When officers arrived, they found two women inside suffering from trauma to the body. They were both pronounced dead on the scene.
