A Virginia man has died from injuries he suffered in a car accident earlier in the week, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department.
Shane Beale, 32, of King George, VA, suffered what were believed to be non-life threatening injuries in the Tuesday night accident, but he died Wednesday at an area hospital, authorities say.
On Tuesday just before 9 p.m., patrol officers were called to the intersection of Aquasco Road and Horsehead Road for the report of a crash involving a car and a pickup truck.

Investigators say the driver of the pickup truck was traveling northbound on Horsehead Road and attempted to make a right turn onto eastbound Aquasco Road. As the truck attempted to negotiate the turn, it struck the car driven by Beale, which was also traveling eastbound on Aquasco Road.
Both drivers were taken to a hospital for injuries believed to be non-life threatening at the time.
