10-Vehicle Crash Reported On Tydings Bridge

CECIL COUNTY, MD — There are multiple crashes on the Tydings Bridge on Monday, May 28. Traffic is congested on Interstate 95 for those headed north of Havre de Grace into Cecil County.

A 10-vehicle crash occurred on I-95 north at mile post 91 on the Tydings Bridge on Memorial Day, according to state transportation officials. The collision happened just before noon.

The Maryland Transportation Authority reported before 12:45 p.m. that the left lane remained blocked on I-95 north.

Backups extended to I-95 at Lapidum Road for those headed northbound.
