HAVRE DE GRACE, MD – The Havre de Grace Police Department is asking for help identifying a woman suspected in stealing two $500 gift cards Wednesday from Rite Aid.

At 4:12 p.m. on Wednesday, police said that a woman went into the Rite Aid in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway and took four Visa Vanilla $500 gift cards off the display rack, two of which she put in her purse.

Police allege that after the cashier activated two gift cards at the register, the woman said she needed to go to the bank to get more money, and swapped out the activated gift cards with the ones in her purse.
