3 Fatal Heroin Overdoses in Harford: Sheriff's Office
Less than three weeks into 2016, officials say three people in Harford County have died from heroin overdoses.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD – There have been three fatal heroin overdoses so far this year in Harford County, law enforcement officials reported Tuesday night.
Capt. Lee Dunbar of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office shared the overdose data at a community meeting in the northern precinct.

As of Jan. 19, 2016, Dunbar reported there have been nine nonfatal overdoses and three fatal overdoses related to heroin in Harford County.

The meeting at the northern precinct was the first in a series of monthly meetings to raise awareness about issues affecting the community.
